Why do babies have so much stuff?
I'm entering the part of pregnancy where I have to "get things" that babies "need."
AND I DON'T BUY IT!
Back in the day babies slept in dresser drawers, were bathed in a sink or washtub and they turned out fine. So, why is it that in America people tell me things like, "Oh you have to get a changing table, it is very important that your baby gets accustomed to being changed in the same place every time."
WHAT A LOAD OF...BOLOGNA!
Toys, clothes, tubs, changing tables and pads, dohas, shrinky
who-has...whatever!
I think it's overkill.
If you give a kid a box he will turn it into a spaceship and have fun for hours, ya know.
When was the last time you saw a kid outside playing with a rock, or climbing a fence, or simply running in circles?
Kids have too much and it starts from birth, and I think it destroys imagination.
X Man will be bathed in the kitchen sink...changed on the sofa or my lap or bed- wherever I am...drink milk from my boobs...play with his dang feet...and love every minutes of it.
WERK!
MINdog OWT!!!
