At the moment, among other things, I am all about exploring what makes me ME. The stuff that makes me unique. You know- the goods. Shout out to my sister friend, pictured above, who is doing the same(YOU LOOK BEAUTIFUL- love the hair).
It's so nice to surprise yourself sometimes...

I really do need to explore me...I get so sad when I see myself in the mirror....I don't see me at all.
Brown English Muffin... we have to change that! I know easier said than done but I know it can be done- it takes some work and a strong desire but what doesn't? I know you know all of this...
I say (and who am I to say anything) getting sad when you look in the mirror is indeed a sign that it's time to explore... Time to explore all the ways we can change that sadness into love for who we are, as we are in that moment.
You've inspired me to write a post on this topic/a somewhat related topic. When it's done I'll be sure to send it your way...
